It’s important to us that you’re happy with your YETI products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it has not been customized, is unused and is still in its original packaging. If you purchased from an authorized dealer, please refer to their return policy and contact them directly for more details.

Our production timeline shifts daily depending on overall order volume. We process all orders on a first come, first serve basis and we promise we are working as hard as we can to get your order out the door as quickly as possible. Please allow 2 weeks or more for processing. You will receive an update via email with your estimated ship date range as soon as it is available. Custom order shipments cannot be expedited.
