It depends on the size. The 18L, 22L, and 27L fit a laptop, books, chargers, headphones, a water bottle, and a light layer. The 12L is more minimal—great for just the essentials. Keys and phone? Toss them in the top pocket.

Any phone will fit. Small tablet? Sure, but we don’t recommend it.

You can snugly fit the 769 ml Rambler® Bottle and Yonder® Bottle into the 12L Ranchero™ Backpack & 18L Ranchero™ Backpack. The 1 L Rambler® Bottle or 1 L Yonder® Bottle will fit in the 22L Ranchero™ Backpack & 27L Ranchero™ Backpack.
